All customized orders require a production time of up to 4 business days before they are shipped. This allows us to create and inspect your personalized product to meet our high standards. Processing times may vary based on order complexity and current order volume.

Once your order has been processed, we will ship it and send you a tracking number to follow its journey.

Priority Shipping

We offer Priority Shipping as the standard shipping method for all customized products. Typically, this service takes 1 - 3 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Shipping times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. You will be able to see the total shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

International Shipping

We offer Priority International Shipping to select countries. Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your location. While we will assist with general inquiries or provide guidance, we are not responsible for resolving carrier-related issues such as delays, damages, or lost packages. The carrier is the responsible party for delivering your order safely and on time.

Order Changes

Once your custom order has entered production, we cannot accept changes to your order or shipping details. Please ensure all personalization and shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
